The Role:

Cloud computing has revolutionized the business landscape, and as a Premier Partner of AWS, Speko Solutions is at the forefront of helping customers leverage its agility, scalability, and availability.

As an Account Executive, you will report to the Director of Sales and play a vital role in pursuing new sales prospects and expanding opportunities with existing customers through cross-selling and upselling. Working closely with assigned AWS sales teams, you will build relationships and collaboration plans with AWS. Your deep understanding of AWS services will enable you to provide valuable recommendations to customers to address their business needs. Job Responsibilities:

- Generate sales and drive growth in the assigned territory.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to provide effective business solutions.

- Build and maintain relationships with AWS Account Managers.

- Maintain regular communication and reporting with key stakeholders at AWS, tracking and reporting on leads, opportunities, pipeline, and overall business results in your territory.

- Stay updated on AWS products and educate customers on their specific offerings.

- Address customer needs and issues promptly.

- Prioritize high-profile and high-potential accounts based on size, volume, usage, and upselling opportunities.

- Collaborate with Speko Solutions's Solutions Architects to create client proposals and manage contract negotiations.

- Collaborate with our demand generation team on prospecting campaigns.

Your Qualifications:

- 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.

- 3+ years of consultative selling experience, preferably in professional and/or managed services.

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience in managed cloud services and/or DevOps consulting.

- Proven experience in managing complex sales cycles and strong closing skills.

- Proficiency in contract negotiations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with c-suite executives.

- Strong presentation skills tailored to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

- Willingness to travel up to 25% (subject to conditions).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with highly available and fault-tolerant architectures.

- Knowledge of serverless and container-based architectures.

- Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks and requirements (e.g., PCI, HIPAA, GDPR, security).

- Previous experience in pre-sales or a similar strategic roadmap influence within a company.

- AWS DevOps Pro and Specialty Certifications.
